CWT...DFA Piggybank?

Was the CWT used as a personal piggy bank by the executives of DFA in 2004? How many millions where mis-used and abused by DFA in an effort to limit huge losses DFA was facing with an illegal Class 3 milk futures position. Did the members that paid into CWT know this is how their money was being spent? How many members would like to recover their funds if DFA influenced CWT to mis-use the funds for it's own gains.
